Our grassroots campaign was a huge
success. We raised $652.00 towards
our "A Child's Walk" initiative.

Sincerely,
The MJWF Team
The focus of the week is to simply promote the needs of young children, their families and the early childhood programs that serve them. This year MJWF participated with the students of La Peninsula HeadStart for "Work Together Wednesday". The students from all 5 centers engaged in an "art" day, and we have turned that art into an MJWF/ La Peninsula banner.
For the 4th year, MJWF is elated to announce we will be awarding MJWF bridge-packs and certificates to students. This year our goal is 100 students!
We are so happy to share that we presented rising kindergarten students with MJWF Bridge Packs and certificates again this year. We also selected our first student for The MJWF A Childs Walk Scholarship Program, his name is Samuel Morris. MJWF presented Samuel with a 9 week scholarship to Swim Swim Swim I Say, for an introduction to swimming, where he will be taught by Agnes Davis, an Olympic Medalist. Welcome to the family Samuel!!!
